Lynette has more than 29 years experience in life-skills coaching and mentoring in the private sector as well as secondary and tertiary education. Her broad consulting and training experience covers virtually all industry sectors e.g. education, government, private companies, banks, legal institutions, SMME’s, etc.

Lynette finds her passion in assisting people to become aware of and developing their innate and personal competencies and abilities. Her caring and warm personality combined with high energy levels set the stage for people to discover and learn in a safe and conducive environment.

Lynette graduated with a BA. (HED) from the University of the North West, South Africa. Her career started in the education field as Assistant School Psychologist and she is now the proud owner of a highly successful skills development business, LEAP Training.

She is regularly invited as key note and motivational speaker at various institutions and has done numerous presentations at conferences.

She finds her balance with her family and friends and is an enthusiastic long distance runner (Comrades x 10), cyclist, swimmer, 301km Eco walker, Half Ironman athlete and advanced scuba diver.
A precious circle of close friends make sure they connect regularly around a huge piece of cake in a coffee shop …

Lynette and her husband are also actively involved in a relationship ministry where they co-present and facilitate marriage retreats and assist couples to connect in their relationships.

Dis twee dae ná die Comrades. Lynette Viljoen kom aangetrippel – op hoë hakke.
“Ek is glad nie ’n atleet nie,” sê dié 47-jarige vrou wat pas haar sewende Comrades-marathon agter die rug het. “Ek is net ’n doodgewone mens – wat die Comrades hardloop.”
Dié jaar het sy dit vir ’n groep dapper polisievroue gedoen.
Sy was sewentien jaar lank ’n “skooljuffrou” voordat sy ’n paar jaar gelede haar opleidingsonderneming, Leap Training, in Roodepoort begin het. READ MORE
